Louis Richter 
Louis A. Richter, 78, of Galt, died Nov. 13 at a local hospital. He was born 
July 13, 1926, in Hazen, N.D.

Mr. Richter was a local resident for 52 years. He was a iron worker and a new 
member of the River of Life Church in Galt. He enjoyed hunting, gardening, 
canning and talking to people of all ages.

He is survived by his wife, Yolanda Richter, of Galt; son, Albert Richter, of 
Lodi; brothers, Wally Richter, of Oregon, Leslie Richter, of Palm Springs, and 
Lee Richter, of Red Bluff; sisters, Clara Richter and Lillian Richter, both of 
North Dakota, and Millie Boyd, of Palm Desert; and one grandson.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Richard and Harold Richter.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Lodi Memorial Cemetery 
with Pastor Steve James of River of Life Church officiating. Visitation will be 
held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday at Ben Salas Funeral Home in Galt.
