He passed away November 8, 2004 in Salt Lake City, Utah at the age of 63. He moved to Stockton at age six with his family and attended schools here. He was active in the Boy Scouts Drummer Bugle Corps. He played clarinet in the Edison High Band and graduated from Stagg High. He joined the Marines after graduation and served four years active and two years reserve before being honorably discharged. He has made his home in Salt Lake City, enjoying repairing lawn mowers and making furniture which he sold. He enjoyed fishing and reading. He leaves his wife, Jo Anne of 25 years; two children, Leslie Dittmer and Robert Lincoln; four grandchildren, Stephanie, Robbie, Matthew and Frances; mother, Maxine Lincoln; brother, Stephen; nephew, Jim; Aunt Viola and many cousins. Larry will be greatly missed. His father, Les passed away June 2, 1994, and Larry will be buried in the spring at his father's grave at Park View Cemetery, Manteca.
