E. Wayne Vergano 
Dec. 4, 1946 - November 30, 2004



E. Wayne Vergano, 57, passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2004, in Stockton. Mr. 
Vergano was a veteran of Vietnam, where he served in the Marine Corps. He 
retired from the Tracy Army Depot where he worked for ten years. He was a 
parishioner at Church of the Presentation and a loyal member to the Knights of 
Columbus #10478.
He is the beloved husband of Rebecca Vergano and loving father to Anita Schwab 
of Sacramento, Robert Vergano, Denise Carter and Mary Vergano, all of Stockton. 
Cherished son to Albert and Mary Vergano of Merced. Adored grandfather of nine 
and dear brother of Keith Vergano.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Vigil on Friday, December 3, 2004, 
at 6:30 p.m. at DeYoung Shoreline Chapel, 7676 Shoreline Drive, Stockton. A 
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, December 6, at 1:00 p.m. at 
Church of the Presentation, 1515 W. Benjamin Holt Drive, Stockton. Visitation 
will be held at the chapel on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 
p.m. Committal at Cherokee Memorial Park.
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, 207 E. Alpine Avenue, 
Stockton, CA 95204.
