Wilbur Holmes Smith, II
September 5, 1944 - November 30, 2004

Wilbur H. Smith II, 60, of Stockton, passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 2004. 
He was born in San Antonio, Texas, to loving parents, the late Georgia Lee 
Ludeman Smith and Wilbur Holmes Smith. Both a passionate and intelligent 
person, his career is testimony of a most remarkable man. After receiving his 
B.A. Degree in international relations from the University of Southern 
California he earned his Juris Doctorate in 1971 from California Western School 
of Law in San Diego. Thereafter he served as a J.A.G. Lieutenant Commander in 
the U.S. Navy.

In 1980 he became the General Counsel and Vice President for Sims-Grupe 
Management and Licoln Properties, Ltd. managing and marketing all aspects of 
multiple shopping centers. He earned his California Real Estate Broker';s 
License in 1983.

In 1993, Wil formed the Pacific Oversight & Management Corporation and as 
President and Director offered management services for environmentally troubled 
real estate in Stockton, Lodi and Willits. This included the coordination and 
direction of complex environmental legal and technical investigations and 
remewdiation projects to restore property value.  .....

Friends and family are invited to a Funeral Service on Monday, December 6, 
2004, at 3:00 p.m. at DeYoung Shoreline Chapel, 7676 Shoreline Drive, Stockton, 
CA. There will be no visitation and commital will be private
