William Marion Ward 
August 18, 1923 - December 2, 2004



William Marion Ward, 81, of Stockton, passed away on Thursday, December 2, 
2004, in a Stockton Care Home. He was born in Spiro, Oklahoma on August 18, 
1923. William served in the U.S. Army during WWII. William married Geraldine 
Little on November 8, 1942, in Reno, NV. He retired in 1985 from the Department 
of Food & Agriculture as a State Supervisor for 29 years. William enjoyed 
golfing, bowling and fishing.
William was the beloved husband of Geraldine Ward of Stockton, CA; loving 
father of David Ward of Valley Springs, CA; dear grandfather of Jeffery Ward 
and Eric Ward; and great-grandfather of Nicholas Ward; dear brother of Cleo 
Brewer and Norma Jean Brock; and brother-in-law of Lexie Plummer of Stockton, 
CA.
Friends are invited for a Graveside Service on Tuesday, December 7, 2004, at 
Cherokee Memorial Park, Hwy 99 & Harney Ln., Lodi, CA at 2:00 p.m.
