Betty Goehring
Betty Jean Goehring, 71, of Lodi, died Dec. 2 in Lodi. She was born Sept. 30, 
1933, in Paragould, Ark.

Mrs. Goehring moved to Lodi with her family in the mid 1940s. She married 
Elward David Goehring in 1957. She lived in the Lodi area for 55 years. She 
enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter, Susan Gaydon, of Woodbridge; son, David 
Goehring, of Acampo; sisters, Alma Goehring, of Lodi and Euleta Nicodemus, of 
Dallas, Texas; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elward Goehring in 2002; and sister, 
Stella Maple.

A service will be held Saturday at Lodi Funeral Home with Pastor Perry Kallis 
of Temple Baptist Church officiating. Committal will follow at Lodi Memorial 
Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, and from 8 
a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
