Elbridge Fairbank
Elbridge Dartnell "Butch" Fairbank, 64, of Stockton and formerly of Lodi, died 
Dec. 3 at his residence. He was born Sept. 10, 1940, in Oakland.

Mr. Fairbank lived in Lodi and Lockeford, and resided in Stockton most of his 
life.



Butch Fairbank 
He worked as an advertising specialist for the Lodi News-Sentinel for 30 years, 
and also co-owned the Store Bar in Stockton with his business partner, Clarice 
Holloway. He was an avid reader, and also enjoyed history and traveling.

He is survived by his brothers, Stanley Fairbank, of Oregon, and Ed Way, of San 
Diego; and his domestic partner of many years, David McKinley, of Stockton.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Store Bar, 235 E. 
Fremont St., Stockton. Committal will be private.

Frisbie-Warren & Carroll Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
