Trevor Wade Perry 

Nov. 10, 1982 - Dec. 6, 2004



Trevor Wade Perry, surrounded by family and loved ones, went home to our Lord 
on Monday, December 6, 2004, at Sequoia Hospital at the age of 22. He lost his 
life to sudden congestive heart failure. Trevor was the 3rd of 4 children born 
to Calvin and Lisa Perry on November 10, 1982. Trevor grew up in Redwood City 
where he excelled in academics and sports. He attended Sequoia High School, as 
did his brothers. He was a very special outgoing young man who truly enjoyed 
spending time with family and friends. His other interests included camping, 
snow boarding and water sports. His infectious laugh always filled the room. 
Trevor was employed as a warehouse manager for "The Office City" in Stockton, 
CA. Trevor's sudden and unexpected passing leaves a tremendous void to those he 
has touched and he will forever be missed. 
Trevor is survived by his mother and stepfather, Lisa and James Moreno and his 
brothers, Justin and Kyle Perry. Trevor is preceded in death by his father, 
Calvin Perry and his sister, Heather Perry. He leaves behind his grandparents, 
Carl and Barbara Schaarschmidt, Bernice (Perry) Anderson and Irene Moreno, 
along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends... and the love of his life, 
Nadia Abouata.
Funeral Mass to be held at St. Matthias Church, 1685 Cordilleras Rd., Redwood 
City, CA, on Saturday, December 11, 2004, beginning at 11:00 a.m. 
White Oaks Chapel
