Wayne Boggs 
June 11, 1917 - December 8, 2004



Wayne Boggs, 87, of Manteca, passed away Wednesday, December 8, 2004, at 
Bethany Home in Ripon of natural causes. He was born June 11, 1917, in Napa, 
CA. Wayne was a resident of Manteca for 54 years. He was an active member of 
St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Manteca and a member of Central California Wool 
Growers Association. He was a 4H leader for many years at Cala. 
Mr. Boggs met Ruth while working in Saudi Arabia in 1948. He will be remembered 
as a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
Wayne leaves behind his wife of 54 years, Ruth Boggs, who resides in Manteca; 
children, Thomas Boggs of Ridge Crest, CA, John Boggs of Manteca, CA, Ruthanne 
Bassett of Manteca, CA and Margaret Boggs of Oakland, CA; sister, Evelyn Klien 
of Seattle, Washington. Wayne is preceded in death by his son, Robert Boggs.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, December 18, 2004, at 1:00 p.m., at 
St. Mary's Episcopal Church, Cottage & Louise Ave., in Manteca. Wayne donated 
his body to UCSF School of Medicine.
