Marie J. Scrimsher 
July 30, 1918 - December 10, 2004



Marie J. Scrimsher, 86 of Stockton, passed away Friday, December 10, 2004. 
Marie worked in Stockton for over 20 years before retiring. She was also a 
volunteer for Redwood School and loved working with children.
Marie was the beloved mother of Bill Delgado and his wife Irene; sister of 
Thelma Vegas and Connie V. Lozano; grandmother of Serina and Sylvia Delgado and 
Richard Ramirez and Denise Veltri. Marie is preceded in death by her husband, 
Chester Scrimsher. She will be deeply missed by her family.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2004, 1:00 p.m. at 
DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N. California. Visitation: Monday, December 13, 
2004, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday, December 14, 2004, from 9:00 
a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Mortuary. Committal: San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery.
