Jeffery Joey Minor 
Sept. 13, 1982 - December 8, 2004



Jeffery Joey Minor, 22, tragically died in a car accident on Thursday, December 
8, 2004. Jeffery, better known as "JJ" is the son of Jeffery and Mary Grace 
Minor of Stockton. JJ, born September 13, 1982 and a 2000 graduate of Lincoln 
High School, has just completed his AA at Delta College and was accepted at CSU 
Fullerton at the time of his passing. An avid soccer player, JJ had been 
selected several times to represent Northern California in the Olympic 
Development Program.
Alongside his parents, JJ is survived by his sister, Megan Suzzine, 19 and 
Melina Pilar, 8; his grandmother, Helen Ayupan; many aunts and uncles and 
numerous cousins.
A Rosary Service will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2004, at 6:00 p.m. at 
the Cathedral of the Annunciation, Rose and Van Buren Streets, Stockton. A 
funeral procession will leave Chapel of the Palms Funeral Home, 303 S. 
California St., Stockton on Thursday, December 16, 2004, at 1:00 pm., thence to 
St. George's Church, 120 West Fifth Street, Stockton, for a Mass of Christian 
Burial at 1:30 p.m. Burial services will immediately follow at San Joaquin 
Catholic Cemetery.
