Steof Ingle
Steof Ingle, 49, of Galt, died Dec. 18 following injuries sustained in an 
automobile accident. He was born Aug. 26, 1955, in Germany.

Mr. Ingle came to the United States at the age of two, and was raised in Birds 
Landing. He entered the U.S. Army at the age of 18, where he was trained in 
heavy equipment repair.



Steof Ingle 
He lived in Bakersfield after serving in the Army and then relocated to Lodi in 
1992. He was employed as a diesel mechanic for 31 years, and enjoyed restoring 
old cars.

He is survived by his fiance, Chris Gore, of Galt; daughters, Makisha Clayton, 
of Washington, and Emily Ingle, of Lodi; sons, Steof Ingle Jr., of Stockton, 
Jared Ingle, of Bakersfield, and Archie Bud Ingle II, of Galt.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Cherokee Memorial Park. 
Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at Cherokee Memorial 
Funeral Home, 831 E. Industrial Way, Lodi.

Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
