Evelyn Gallo 
March 10, 1944 - Dec. 17, 2004



Evelyn Gallo, 60, a native of Stockton, passed away on Friday, December 17, 
2004 at her residence. Mrs. Gallo volunteered her time for over 30 years at the 
Filipino Federation of America in Stockton. She was a member of the Senior 
Center and was one of the founding directors of the General Moncado Golf 
Tournament.
She was the loving mother of Gina Abrescy, Clyde Abrescy, Jaswant Abrescy and 
Julie Abrescy and dear grandmother of Jade Hayes, Michael and Felicia Abrescy 
and Jazmin, Justin and Keilani Hong. She was the sister of Frank Putian, 
Yucibia Hoke, Virgie Patton and Linda Madrazo and the late Harold Suminguit, 
Adelida Dunuan and Labrado Madrazo II. Friends are invited to attend a Rosary 
Service on Wednesday, December 22, at 5:00 p.m. at DeYoung Shoreline Chapel, 
7676 Shoreline Dr., Stockton. The funeral procession will leave the chapel on 
Thursday, December 23 at 9:00 a.m. for St. Mary's Catholic Church, 203 E. 
Washington St., Stockton where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 
9:30 a.m. Visitation will be at DeYoung Shoreline Chapel on Tuesday, December 
21, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. and Wednesday, December 22, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 
p.m.
