Jeanne Shizuyo Kohaya, 80, a native of Stockton, passed away Wednesday, 
December 15, 2004 in Sacramento. Beloved wife of the late Terry Kohaya, devoted 
mother of Bobby Kohaya (wife Veronica) and Kathleen Wetzel (husband Brian). 
Loving grandmother of Victor Long and Gertrude Lawrence, and great -grandmother 
of Yuki and Midori. 
Friends are welcome for visitation Wednesday, December 22 from 1:00 - 7:00 p.m. 
at the George L. Klumpp Chapel of Flowers, Riverside Blvd and 2nd Ave., 
Sacramento and are also invited to attend the Funeral Service, 2:00 p.m. 
Thursday, December 23 at the Buddhist Church of Sacramento-Betsuin, 2401 
Riverside Blvd.
