Louis Anthony Romanelli II 
July 24, 1945 - Dec. 20, 2004



Louis Anthony Romanelli II, 59, also know as The Mayor of Douds Landing, passed 
away Monday, December 20, 2004 in San Andreas, CA. He was born July 24, 1945 in 
Salinas, raised in Redwood City, CA, and was a 30 year resident of Calaveras 
County. He was an automotive mechanic. He was a graduate of Sequoia High 
School, class of 1963 and as a Marine, served in Vietnam. 
He is survived by his ex-wife Cecelia McLoughlin of Angels Camp, CA; sister 
Deborah Ann Romanelli and nephew Taylor McDowell both of Clear Lake Oaks, CA; 
stepmother Eunice Dalla-Costa of Redwood City. He was preceded in death by his 
brother Dante Romanelli, Jr.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Interment is private. 
Donations: Veteran Hospital, 3801 Miranda Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304. Put spinal 
cord research on memo line of check.
