Bertha Zimbelmann
Bertha Adeline Zimbelmann, 90, of Lodi, died Dec. 26 in Lodi. She was born 
Sept. 12, 1914, in Lodi.

Mrs. Zimbelmann was a lifetime resident of Lodi, and worked at Beringo Winery 
until her retirement. She was a member of Zion Reformed Church. In the 1930s, 
she was on the queens court at the Lodi Grape Festival.



Bertha Zimbelmann 
She is survived by her son, Steve E. Zimbelmann; daughter, Lois Pool; sister, 
Irene Bartels; eight grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and two great-great-
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Epraim Zimbelmann; daughter, 
Robinette Renschler; and brothers, Ray and Al Preszler.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Zion Reformed Church 
with Pastor Matt Duerr officiating. A luncheon will follow in the hall at the 
church.

Memorial contributions may be made to Zion Reformed Church, 105 S. Ham Lane, 
Lodi, CA 95240.

Neptune Society was in charge of arrangements.
