Hazel Blakley 
Sept. 19, 1916 - Dec. 22, 2004



Hazel Blakley, 88, of Stockton entered into rest, as per her wishes, at her 
home with family and friends on December 22, 2004.
She leaves to cherish her memories a daughter, Callie Gilchrist-Raab; 
grandchildren, Kimberly Gilchrist of Reno, NV, Cindi Gilchrist Posadas of 
Stockton and Andrew Blakley from Reno, NV. Also survived by three great 
grandchildren, Brandon Golden of Stockton, Hunter & Broc Posadas of Las Vegas, 
NV, and siblings, Virsie Craig of Hector, AR, Rev. Lonnie Coffman of Searcy, 
AR, V.O. Coffman and Latties Coffman both of Hector, AR. She is preceded in 
death by her husband of 67 years Vendor C. "Buck" Blakley in 2001 and a son 
Clarence Everett Blakley. 
The Blakley's lived on their ranch on Leonardini Road for 61 years. A native of 
Arkansas she came to California in 1943. She was involved in many charity 
groups including The Lady Bugs, The Hummingbirds Quilting Club and was a past 
president of the Italian Athletic Club, Ladies Division, and also past board 
member of Liliac Park in Arnold, CA.
Friends are invited to attend visitation on Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2004, from 1:00 
to 5:00 p.m., at Frisbie-Warren & Carroll Mortuary, 809 N. California Street in 
Stockton. All are cordially invited to Funeral service at 12:30 p.m. on 
Wednesday, December 29, 2004 at the mortuary, followed by a committal service 
at Cherokee Memorial Park Cemetery in Lodi.
