Lodi News  June 29, 2004
Liberty D. Bell, 25, of Kirkland, Wash., and formerly of Lodi, died June 20. 
She was born Oct. 16, 1978, in Lodi.

Ms. Bell was currently attending Gene Juarez School of Beauty. She enjoyed 
makeovers, shopping, camping and spending time with her children.

She is survived by her partner and father of her children, Ceasar Keymolen; 
daughter, Allisa; son, Ceasar Jr.; mother, Cindy Conley; sisters, Lori Dobler, 
Jenny Dobler and Jana Bell; and grandparents, Bob and Dorothy Wesley, of 
Stockton.

A celebration of life was held on June 24 in Bellevue, Wash.

Personal Alternative funerals was in charge of arrangements.
