Arthur Monroe Smith 
April 16, 1935 - Dec. 4, 2004



Arthur Monroe Smith, 69, passed away Saturday, December 4, 2004 in Reno, NV. He 
was born April 16, 1935 in Minneapolis, MN. He joined the Navy in 1952 and 
served his country for eight years. In 1960 he began his career in the Printed 
Circuit Board industry. His career spanned a forty year period. He opened 
Central Valley Circuits in 1970. This was the first circuit board shop in the 
Stockton area. 
Art is survived by his beloved wife Audrey Smith of Reno, NV; children Wayne 
Smith of Lynchburg, VA, Steve M. Smith and Lynette Smith of Stockton; 
grandchildren Shelley McHan, Kristina Rojas, Alexis Smith, Matthew Smith, 
Sirena Smith all of Stockton, Sandy Cornwell of Tracy and eight great-
grandchildren.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Sunday, January 2, 2005 at the 
Karl Ross Post American Legion Hall at 2020 Plymouth Rd. in Stockton, CA 
beginning at 12:30 p.m.
