Yip Feb. 6, 1919 — April 14, 2004 Funeral services will be Saturday in Stockton for former Tracy resident and Golden Eagle Café owner Jan K. Yip, 85, who died Wednesday at the Asian Community Nursing Home in Sacramento. A native of Canton, China, Mrs. Yip lived in Tracy about 40 years. She later moved to Sacramento. She and her husband, Frank Yip, operated the Golden Eagle Café in downtown Tracy until they retired in 1980. Mrs. Yip is survived by her husband of 65 years, Frank Yip of Sacramento; a son, William Yip, and his wife, Lisa, of Sacramento; a daughter, Eva Kawada, and her husband, Art, of Sacramento; and four grandchildren.
