Germaine A. Fragoso 
Feb. 15, 1943 - December 30, 2004


Germaine A. Fragoso, 61, passed away in Stockton on Thursday, December 30, 
2004. She was born in California on February 15, 1943. She was a member of 
C.P.S.C. and Personnel Operations Supervisor for Stockton Unified School 
District for 39 years.
The loving mother of Craig J. Cozzitorti (Kirsten) of Oakland and Annemarie I. 
Cook (Randy) of Texas; dear sister of Lynette Everhard (David) of Lincoln, Paul 
Azevedo (Cindy) of Valley Springs and Dennis Azevedo (Christine) of Roseville. 
Also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives. 
Friends are invited to attend funeral services on Wednesday, January 5, 2005 at 
10:00 a.m. at Chapel of the Palms Funeral Home, 303 S. California St., 
Stockton. Burial will be at San Joaquin Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, 
noon-7:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to Hospice of San 
Joaquin, 3888 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, CA 95204-1953.
