Born January 17, 1909 in Nevada. Mrs. Hauselt, a poet extraordinaire, taught English at San Joaquin Delta College for many years. She was a lifelong learner of all subjects, a prize winning photographer, and enjoyed her travels to every continent. She was a member of AAUW and Calaveras Community Television and was honored as the Outstanding Woman of the Year of Calaveras County. She was the loving mother of John Kramer of Sacramento, Gail Kautz of Lodi, and the Rev. Sylvia Hedlund of Stockton. She is also survived by her grandchildren Anne Zentner (Eric), Katy Fairman, Stephen Kautz, Kurt Kautz, Jack Kautz and Joan Meier and 7 great-grandchildren. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Saturday, January 22, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at the Congregational Church, corner of Algiers and Church Street, Murphys, CA. There will be no visitation. DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N. California Street, Stockton, CA 95202 in charge of arrangements. Private committal will be in Buena Vista Cemetery, Murphys, CA.
