Stockton
William C. Sexton 
April 8, 1934 - January 4, 2005



Mr. William C. Sexton, 70, passed away in Stockton on January 4, 2005. Mr. 
Sexton was born on April 8, 1934 in Springfield, Illinois and has lived in 
Stockton for the past 56 years. Mr. Sexton has been in the Automotive business 
for the past 34 years and in 1989 he purchased Tradeway Chevrolet in Manteca 
and in June of 2003 he relocated to the new facility known today as Sexton 
Chevrolet of Manteca. Mr. Sexton liked to travel and he especially enjoyed 
going to Hawaii. He was also an avid golfer and belonged to Woodbridge Golf and 
Country Club. He also refereed High School basketball and umpired softball for 
the City of Stockton. 
Mr. Sexton is survived by his wife of 52 years, Barbara Sexton; his children, 
Jerry Sexton and his wife, Linda, Scott Sexton and his wife Pilar; his daughter-
in-law, Barbara Sexton and his grandchildren, Andree, Leslie and William. 
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 7, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. in the 
Chapel of Wallace-Martin Funeral Home located at 520 N. Sutter Street in 
Stockton. Committal will be private at Parkview Cemetery in French Camp, CA.
Donations may be made to a charity of choice.
