Marie Canepa Lopez 
July 10, 1935 - January 5, 2005



Marie Canepa Lopez, 69, passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2005. Born July 
10, 1935 in Stockton, California. 
Marie was the beloved wife of 51 years of Dave Lopez of Stockton; loving mother 
of Ronald (wife-Kristine) Lopez of Stockton and Renee (husband-Wolfgang) Folk 
of Vacaville. Cherished grandmother of Melissa Lopez, David Lopez, and Jeffrey 
Clarke; dear sister of Eugene Canepa of Lodi. A graduate of Linden High School, 
Marie was a homemaker until her children left home. She then went to work for 
Stockton Police Department for 15 years and retired. 
Marie was known for her kindness and compassion to her friends and family as 
well as anyone who came into contact with her. She will be sorely missed by 
all. 
No visitation. Friends and family are invited to attend a Committal service at 
Lodi Memorial Cemetery, 5750 E. Pine St., Lodi, CA on Thursday, January 13, 
2005 at 11:00 a.m. 
Memorial donations may be made to the American Kidney Fund, 6110 Executive 
Blvd., Suite 1010, Rockville, MD 20852-9813.
