Frank Deller
Frank S. Deller Jr., 70, of Lodi, died Jan. 5 in his home. He was born Nov. 13, 
1934, in Elizabeth, N.J.

Mr. Deller was employed as a machinist for W.R.E. Colortech in Berkeley from 
1968 until his retirement in 1992. He was a member of the Loyal Order of the 
Moose in Arnold. He was also a member of the Stockton Elks Lodge, the Danish 
Brotherhood of America and the Lodi Senior Bells. He was an avid bowler, and 
enjoyed traveling, camping, and gardening/yardwork.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Rita Deller, of Lodi; son, Frank S. 
Deller III, of Homewood, Ill; daughters, Denise McCown, of Oakley, Karen Holtz, 
of Lockeford, and Melissa Del Dosso, of Pittsburg; sisters, Edith Deller, of 
Lake Worth, Fla., and Margie Frances, of Landing, N.J.; 10 grandchildren and 
two great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Jan. 15 in the Calvary Temple 
Church, 4725 Evora Road, Concord. There will be no visitation.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of San 
Joaquin, 3888 Pacific Ave., Stockton, CA 95204; or to a charity of the donor's 
choice.

Gierhart-Wells & Donahue Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
