Carol Sperry
Carol Frances Sperry, 83, of Lodi, died Jan. 7 at a Modesto convalescent 
hospital. She was born Carol Frances McClintock on Oct. 21, 1921, in San 
Francisco.

Mrs. Sperry lived in Lodi since 1960, and worked as a teacher at Lodi Unified 
School District for 25 years. She was a member and former president of the Lodi 
Women's Club, and was also a member of the Navy Officers Wives Club of 
Stockton. She was an accomplished piano player.

She is survived by her son, Brooks Sperry, of Lodi; sister, Nancy Zeus, of 
Oakland; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Col. Willard Sperry; and sister, 
Betty McClintock.

A private graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Mountain View 
Cemetery in Oakland.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Disease, P.O. Box 1824, 
Sacramento, CA 95812.

Salas Brothers Funeral Home in Modesto is in charge of arrangements.
