Breanne Ramirez
Breanne Chavez-Ochoa Ramirez, 23, of Lodi, died Jan. 10 from pulmonary 
hypertension during childbirth. She was born Jan. 18, 1981, in Seattle, Wash.

Mrs. Ramirez was raised in Lodi and graduated from Liberty High School in 1998, 
and then attended cosmetology school. She was employed by Kendra's and then by 
Jennifer's Total Image.

She is survived by her husband, Abraham Ramirez, of Lockeford; daughter, Mariah 
Ramirez, of Lodi; son, Caleb Ramirez, of Lodi; brothers, Jason Chavez-Ochoa and 
Michael Chavez-Ochoa, both of Lodi, and Daniel Chavez-Ochoa, of Valley Springs; 
sisters, Kristie Parises, of Lodi, and Jennifer Lauren Chavez-Ochoa, of Valley 
Springs; parents, Brian and Jennifer Chavez-Ochoa, of Valley Springs; 
grandfather, Octavio C. Ochoa, of Puyallup, Wash,; and grandmother, Lois 
Wagner, of Simi Valley.

A funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Friday in the Evergreen Chapel at Cherokee 
Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at 
Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home, 831 E. Industrial Way, Lodi.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Division of Pulmonary and Critical 
Care Medicine, Stanford University Medical Center, Atten: Nancy Nessel, 300 
Pasteur Drive, Room H3143, Stanford, CA 94305-5236.

Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
