Emanuel Oswald
Emanuel Oswald, 92, of Galt, died Jan. 7 in Stockton. He was born April 3, 
1912, in Eureka, S.D.

Mr. Oswald was a Galt resident since 1946. He worked in the remodeling business 
until his retirement. He enjoyed camping, traveling, helping people and 
spending time with his family.

He is survived by his sons, Len and Joe Oswald; daughter, Betty Oswald; five 
sisters and one brother; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Eva Oswald; and son, Elroy.

A funeral will be held at 10:30 a.m. today at Ben Salas Funeral Home with 
Pastor Mary Sanders officiating. Committal will be held at Galt Cemetery. There 
will be no visitation.

Ben Salas Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
