Harold Young
Harold F. Young Jr., 61, of Galt, died Jan. 6 at his residence. He was born 
April 12, 1943, in Omaha, Neb.

Mr. Young was a resident of Galt for 25 years. He worked for the Navy at 
Treasure Island until his retirement in 1980. He also worked for American 
Greeting Cards as an installation manager for 18 years. He was a member of the 
Lodi Moose Lodge. He enjoyed watching TV, playing Texas Hold-Em, tennis and his 
pets.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Dorothy Young, of Galt; and daughter, 
Harlena (Nina) Retana.

He was preceded in death by his son, Gerald Oswald.

A memorial service is pending.
