  Breanne Chavez-Ochoa Ramirez, 23, of Lodi, passed away on Monday, January 10, 
2005 during childbirth of pulmonary hypertension. She was born in Seattle, WA, 
January 18, 1981, and grew up in Lodi where she graduated from Liberty High 
School class of 1998. After High School, she attended cosmetology school and 
worked for Kendra's and later Jennifer's Total Image. She was the loving wife 
of Abraham Ramirez of Lockeford; loving mother of Mariah and Caleb Ramirez of 
Lodi; loving daughter of Brian and Jennifer Chavez-Ochoa of Valley Springs. 
Loving sister of Jason and Michael Chavez-Ochoa Lodi, Daniel Chavez-Ochoa of 
Valley Springs, Kristie Parises of Lodi and Jennifer Lauren Chavez-Ochoa of 
Valley Springs. Loving granddaughter of Octavio C. Ochoa of Puyallup, WA, Lois 
Wagner of Simi Valley, California. 
Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 14, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. in the 
Evergreen Chapel of Cherokee Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at Cherokee 
Memorial Funeral Home, 831 E. Industrial Way, Lodi on Thursday, from 1:00 p.m. 
to 8:00 p.m. 
Donations may be made in her name to the Division of Pulmonary & Critical Care 
Medicine, Stanford University Medical Center, 300 Pasteur Dr., Rm. H3143, 
Stanford, CA 94305-5236, Attn: Nanci Nessel.
