Catherine Giriodi 
Oct. 19, 1903 - Jan. 12, 2005



Catherine Giriodi, 101, was born October 19, 1903 and passed away on January 
12, 2005 in Stockton, CA. Catherine moved to Stockton from Fresno as a bride 
and spent the rest of her life here as a homemaker and partner with her 
husband, Fred. They were pioneer farmers on Webb tract and Rio Blanco in the 
Delta. They traveled extensively around the states. Catherine enjoyed sewing 
and needlework. She was a member of the Hiawatha Council Degree of Pocahontas 
and the Companions to the Forest of America. 
Beloved wife of the late Fred P. Giriodi. Loving sister of Dina Parenti of 
Concord, CA. Devoted aunt of Bernice Nickols, Ralph Sanguinetti, Raymond 
Sanguinetti all of Stockton, Lloyd Parenti of Danville, Monica Francesconi, 
Dennis Francesconi, both of Madera and Antoinette Reeves of Fresno. Loving 
great aunt of Rene Anhorn of Livermore, Anthony Giovannoni of Hayward, Harold 
Hendricks of Alamo, Anna Charlesworth of Lodi, Kathryn Womak of Paradise, 
Graham Ledger of San Diego and numerous other great nieces and nephews. She is 
also survived by 3 great great great nephews of Stockton. 
Family and Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m., 
Monday, January 17, 2005 at the DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N. California St., 
Stockton, CA. Visitation will be at DeYoung Memorial Chapel on Sunday, 11:00 
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Monday, 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Memorial contributions 
may be made to the St. Mary's Interfaith Dining Hall, P.O."Box 133, Stockton, 
CA. 95201-0133.
