A native Californian, he was born in French Camp on May 11, 1954, the son of the late Jesus and Consuelo Garcia. Mr. Garcia graduated from Franklin High School and served in the United States Marine Corp. He was employed by Samuels Jewelers in Sacramento. James was driven to be the best by touching so many lives with so much kindness and love. He was born with patience and Angels truly by his side. His passion for work and play was only amplified by his love for our Lord and life! An unsung hero! Mr. Garcia is survived by a sister, Maria P. Garcia; brothers, Jesus M. Garcia, Richard H. Garcia; sister-in-law, Jennie Garcia. He is also survived by Richard Garcia, Jr. and family; Zina Arriaga and family; Raymond Tito Arriaga and family;Silvia Flores Hernandez and family; Roy Arriaga and family and numerous compadres, friends and loved ones. Friends are invited to attend Visitation from noon to 5:00 p.m., Monday, January 17, 2005 at Frisbie-Warren & Carroll Mortuary, 809 N. California Street in Stockton. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 18, 2005 at the mortuary. Committal will be at the San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery.
