Joy White-Locke 
Joy White-Locke, 68, of Lakeport, and formerly of Lodi, died Jan. 21 in a Santa 
Rosa hospital. She was born April 17, 1936, in Lodi.

Ms. Locke graduated from Lodi High School. She moved to San Jose and then to 
Lakeport. 



Joy White-Locke 
She was employed by the Lakeport Record Bee newspaper until her retirement in 
1997. She was an avid bowler. She enjoyed needlework and spending time with her 
son and grandson.

She is survived by her son, Kenneth White, of Lakeport; twin sister, Jeanette 
Stephens, of Lockeford; sister, Nancy Becker, of Lodi; and one grandson.

A funeral will be held at noon Friday at the Chapel of the Lakes in Lakeport.

Chapel of the Lakes is in charge of arrangements.
