Frank F. Matuska

Frank F. Matuska, 89 was born November 16, 1915 in Tyndall, South Dakota and 
passed away January 21, 2005 in Stockton, CA. Mr. Matuska had been a resident 
of Stockton since 1945 and was a WWII Army Veteran. He was a member of the Com-
manders Club, a Life Member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and was a recipient of 
the Bronze Star and Purple Heart. He was the beloved husband of the late Elsie 
Matuska and loving friend of the late, Winnie Armstrong. Devoted father of Gary 
Matuska of Stockton, Sharon Matuska of Valley Springs and Frank Matuska Jr. of 
Stockton. Dear grandfather of Christopher, Sascha, Brian, Lara and Jonathan. 
Loving brother of Bill Matuska of Stockton. 
Family and friends are invited to attend a Graveside Service at Cherokee 
Memorial Park, Tuesday, January 25, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. There will be visitation 
at the DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N. California St., Stockton, CA., Monday, 
January 24, from 12:00 Noon to 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon.
