Richard Steven Parsons 
May 4, 1944 - December 30, 2004 


Richard Steven Parsons passed away December 30, 2004 in San Mateo, CA. Born in 
Stockton on May 4, 1944. Son of the late Richard G. and Geraldine M. Parsons, 
both Stockton natives and longtime residents. He attended Lincoln High School, 
Delta College, Humphreys College and was a U.S. Army veteran. 
He was employed by Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco for 20 years before 
retiring in December 2003. Previously worked for California Canners & Growers 
for 19 years. Resided in San Mateo with wife, Emilie. 
Survived by his wife; brother, Craig A.; sister-in-law, Deborah, and nephew, 
Maguire Parsons in Los Angeles; nephew, Taylor Parsons in Truckee. Interred at 
Cypress Lawn, Colma, California.
