Jacquelyn Waters 
May 8, 1947 - January 24, 2005



Jacquelyn Waters, age 57, of Simi Valley, CA, entered into rest on January 24, 
2005, with her family by her side, after a long battle with cancer. Jackie was 
born on May 8, 1947 in Owosso, MI. She lived in Stockton for 15 years before 
moving to Simi Valley. She worked for the Stockton Police Department for 10 
years, Simi Valley Hospital in the emergency room for 8 years and was a 
homemaker. Jackie was a very devoted wife, mother, grandmother and Godmother. 
She enjoyed golfing, bowling and fishing with her husband and grandchildren. 
She was a very loving person and will be deeply missed by all her family and 
friends.
She is survived by her husband of 32 years, William T. Waters III of Simi 
Valley; daughters, Angila Cole and son-in-law, Jeff of Alpharetta, GA and 
Kimberly Glenn of Simi Valley; son, William T. Waters IV of Simi Valley; 
sisters, Nancy Karr and husband, Richard of Vacaville, CA and Carolyn Dorsey 
and husband, Berney of Vallecito, CA; grandmother of Alex Glenn and Evan Rolfe 
of Simi Valley, Gracie and Emma Cole of Alpharetta, GA; sister-in-law of Kathy 
Gomes and husband, Fred of Stockton and Barbara J. Waters of Stockton; very 
dear Aunt to Kellie Silva and husband, Manuel of Stockton, David Massey and 
wife, Andra of Stockton, Anthony Kahl of Stockton, William Thompson of Great 
Falls, MT, Robert Marsh of Bakersield and Stephanie and Christine of Stockton 
and Godmother of Kellie, Taylor and Branden Silva of Stockton.
A Funeral Service will be held on January 28, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Peter of 
Claver Church, 5649 Pittman, Simi Valley, CA. A Graveside Service will be held 
on January 31, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at Park View Cemetery, 3661 E. French Camp 
Rd., Manteca, CA. Arrangements are being handled by Park View Funeral Home, 
3661 E. French Camp Rd., Manteca. Interment will be at Park View Cemetery in 
Manteca.
