Bennie D. Bindi 
Dec. 18, 1948 - Jan. 30, 2005



Bennie D. Bindi, a life-long resident of Stockton, CA, age 56 years, passed 
away on January 30, 2005. 
He was born in French Camp on December 18, 1948. He was employed as a laborer 
in general construction for about 5 years prior to his illness. He attended 
Community Faith Church in Murphys. In the past he raced cars, and had served as 
a Crew Chief at Stockton's 99 Speedway. He was an avid NASCAR racing fan and 
enjoyed being with his family, especially his grandchildren. 
He is survived by 2 daughters and husband's, Julie Bindi and Jason Bearce, and 
Mistie (G.J.) Maria both of Stockton; stepchildren, Joseph Ray, Joe Bindi, and 
Michelle Maldonado all of Stockton; also the mother of Mistie, Joseph, and 
Michelle, Darlene Tungate of Stockton; siblings, Wilma (James) Coyle of 
Stockton, Gina Bond of Texas, Lena (Chester) Phillips of Acampo. Nello (Marsha) 
Bindi of Stockton, and Guido and Chad Bindi of Stockton; 9 grandchildren, Jason 
Jr., Jacob, and Hailee Bearce, twins, Josiah and Noah Maria, Christopher II, 
Brenden, and Amara Maldonado, and Jo Anna Bindi; 15 nieces and nephews. He was 
preceded in death by his parents, Duilio and Melba Marie (Sarafini) Bindi; and 
the mother of Julie and Joe, Jo Etta Blake. 
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2005, from 1:00 - 5:00 
p.m. at the home of Roger and Ruthie Keener, 10989 N. Pearson Road, Lodi, CA.
