Hancock Oct. 14, 1910 - January 29, 2005 Zula A. Hancock, age 94 of Stockton, passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2005 in a local hospital. She was born in Missouri on October 14, 1910 and has lived in San Joaquin County for 20 years. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Hancock played the wash board for the Oak Park Kitchen Band and the Music Makers. They played for daycare centers, convalescent hospitals, retirement homes and clubs. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Hancock and is survived by siblings, Clara Welch of Stockton, Carl Elmore of Wallace, George Elmore of Modesto and Velma Etier of Stockton. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, February 2, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Frisbie-Warren & Carroll Mortuary, Stockton. Private interment at Stockton Rural Cemetery.
