Joseph "Joey" Phillips 
January 11, 1948 - February 1, 2005



Joseph "Joey" Phillips, 57, was born on January 11, 1948 in Oakland, CA and 
moved to Stockton when he was a child. He went to be with the Lord on February 
1, 2005. He leaves us with memories of fishing trips, family gatherings, and 
giving his heart to those in need. 
He is survived by his sons, Micah and Richard Phillips; loving brother to 
Dennis Phillips, Debra Homan and Francine Cherry; uncle of David McMinn, Brian 
Holman, Frank and Lisa Phillips. 
Visitation: February 7, 2005 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Services: February 7, 
2005, 1:00 p.m. at Park View Memorial Chapel, 3661 E. French Camp Road, 
Manteca, CA. 
Donations may be made to The Gospel Center Rescue Mission, 445 S. San Joaquin 
Street, Stockton, CA 95203. Arrangements are being handled by Park View 
Funeral Home, 3661 E. French Camp Road, Manteca, CA.
