Walton March 20, 1920 - February 3, 2005 Dolores M. Walton, 83, known by friends and loved ones as Dixie, passed away on Thursday, February 3, 2005. She was born March 20, 1920 and was a lifetime area resident. She had retired from the San Joaquin County Assessor's office. Dixie had a love for family and friends and she enjoyed singing in her church choir, square dancing and ballroom dancing. She was the beloved wife of the late William C. Walton Sr. She was the devoted mother of the late William C. Walton Jr. and is survived by daughter-in-law, Barbara Walton Manrique of Stockton, Rick Walton and daughter-in-law, Ginger Walton of Texas. Sister of the late Bertha Webster, Daniel Webster and Gordon Webster, all of Modesto. She was survived by her loving sisters, Lillian Martin of Port Hueneme, Violet Hernandez and Geraldine Hernandez, both of Modesto and her brother, James Webster of Texas. She was the loving grandmother of Erin Pancrazio, Leslie Walton and Karen White of Stockton, Jessica Walton and Laureen Walton of Texas and Robert Walton of Monterey. She was the loving great- grandmother of Andria White, Charles White and Christopher Fleming of Stockton. She was survived by three great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend a Graveside Service, Thursday, February 10, 2005, 11:00 a.m. at the Stockton Rural Cemetery, 2350 Cemetery Lane, Stockton.
