Knowing her work was done, she left us on Saturday, February 5, 2005, to rest in peace until her Jesus returns for her. She loved to talk to everyone on the phone, those calls will be greatly missed by many. She was a woman of integrity in both word and action. Proudly wearing her Sunday hats to church with the prettiest smile and beautiful hair. She was a woman of God. She was a long time member of Ebenezer AME Church of Stockton and a member of Queen of the West Chapter 90 Eastern Star. Those lives who were touched by Alsester Craig will celebrate from now until their own final days. She is survived by two sisters, Amy Dillard, Henrietta Fryar; one brother, William Scott; niece and nephew, Ima and Mike Maston and a host of many loved ones.
