Kevin Lane 
Kevin Keith Lane, 48, of Lodi, died Feb. 9 at his residence following a 4 1/2-
year battle with lung cancer. He was born Sept. 12, 1956, in Eureka, where he 
was raised and attended schools.

Mr. Lane moved to Lodi in 1974, where he worked for the family business, Aztec 
Foam systems. He took over management of the business in 2001, following the 
death of his father. 

He was an avid sportsman and enjoyed fishing, hunting, baseball, and clay 
shooting.




Kevin Lane 
He, along with his father, sponsored many City of Lodi sports teams. He was a 
member of the Lodi Elks Club and the Valley Men's Club, along with many other 
organizations.

He is survived by his sons, Dustin Lane, of Lodi, and Ryan Lane, of Fort 
Collins, Colo.; sister, Sandy Brengle, of Stockton; and mother, Jean Lane, of 
Lodi.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Melanie Kirkpatrick; and father, 
Durward Lane.

A memorial wake will be held from noon to 4 p.m. Feb. 26 at the Lodi Elks Club. 

Park View Funeral Home in Manteca is in charge of arrangements.
