Louis Joseph Lechich 
April 6, 1927 - February 16, 2005


Louis Joseph Lechich, 77 was born April 6, 1927 in Stockton, CA. and passed 
away in Stockton, February 16, 2005. Louis was a lifetime resident and a 
graduate of Stockton High. Following his Navy service in WWII, he entered the 
family business, Valley Showcase, where he worked for 45 years. 
He was a member of Cathedral of the Annunciation, S.I.R.S. #16 and was an avid 
golfer. 
He was the beloved husband of Marie Lechich for 54 years. 
Devoted father of James Lechich (Lynne) and their children, Jeannie, Robbie, 
Emily and Louie; Lynne (Tim) Cordova and their children, Jayne and Matt; Mark 
Lechich (Diane) and their children, Brian and Jon; Suzi (George) Lucas and 
their children Chris, Lauren and Daniel; Wayne Lechich (Kerry) and their son, 
Jack. Loving brother of Erma Tirapelle (Al) of Stockton and brother-in-law of 
Barbara Lechich of Stockton and brother of the late George Lechich, Rena 
Lechich and Tony Lechich. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. 
Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at 
Cathedral of the Annunciation, corner of Rose and Van Buren Streets, Stockton, 
CA, Saturday, February 19, 2005 at 1:00 p.m.
There will be visitation at the DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N. California St., 
Stockton, CA., Friday, February 18th, 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Private Committal
Family suggests memorial contri-butions in his memory be made to the St. Mary's 
High School Scholarship Fund, P.O. Box 7247, Stockton, CA., 95268-0267, 
Annunciation School 1110 N. Lincoln St., Stockton, CA. 95203 or St. Mary's 
Interfaith Dining Hall, P.O. Box 133, Stockton, CA. 95201-0133.
