Marianna was born in a small mining town near Denver, Colorado to Rose and Felix Sanchez. The family moved to Marysville, California in 1944. Marianna attended Notre Dame High School, Yuba College and later U.O.P. Marianna was a member of many different community organizations and clubs over the years where she met and made many friends for life. Marianna married the love of her life, Knox LaRue and they had two sons, Robert LaRue and Knox LaRue Jr. both of Stockton. One of Marianna's biggest passions was to travel. Her favorite place was France. She was planning a trip to Argentina before her passing. For the past year Marianna has enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter Tess. Marianna lost her husband Knox Sr. on December 23, 2004. Surviving Marianna are her sons, Robert LaRue and wife Terri, Knox LaRue Jr. and wife Cyndi and granddaughter Tess, stepdaughter Ann Matlow and Dave of Westport, Connecticut and stepson John LaRue, wife Dianne and step- grandchildren Thaddius, Erin and Matthew all of Stockton. Marianna also leaves behind brothers Richard Sanchez and wife Lela, Harold Sanchez and Anthony Sanchez all of Yuba City; sister Elle Bandow and husband Ken of Folsom and sister-in-law Annette LaRue and nephew Frank of Fresno. She was predeceased by sister Elaine Berg. She leaves behind many more nieces, nephews and friends. A Memorial Service to be held on Tuesday, February 22nd at 11:00 a.m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church, 5882 N. Ashley with reception immediately following. Visitation: None. Private committal Mt.
