Richard D. Greeson 
Richard D. Greeson, 74, of Woodbridge, died Friday in Monterey. He was born 
Dec. 1930, in Oklahoma.

Mr. Greeson moved to Woodbridge in 1989 from Sacramento, where he and his wife 
had lived for several years. 

He was a realtor for 36 years before opening and operating Abbetter Smog on 
Pine Street 16 years ago.




Richard Greeson 
He was a ruler in the Elks Lodge and was a 49-year member of Masonic lodges in 
Richmond, VA and Lodi. He also enjoyed duck hunting and boating.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Greeson, of Woodbridge; sons, Rick Greeson 
of Willows, Ray Greeson, of Carson City, NV, Scott Greeson, of Lodi, and Troy 
Greeson, of Somerset; daughter, Shannon Burke, of Georgia; 11 grandchildren and 
four great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Geirhart-
Wells & Donahue Funeral Home, with the Rev. Pete Campas and Lodi Elks Lodge No. 
1900 officiating. Inurnment will be private and there will be no visitation.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation, 2720 
Gateway Oaks Drive, Suite 110, Sacramento, CA 95833.
