 Robert Lee Leri, 74, passed away July 1, 2004 at his Modesto home. He was born 
December 7, 1929 and was a native of Pueblo, Colorado, moved to California in 
1936, and then settled in Modesto in 1965.

   Mr. Leri was the owner of the store, Bob's Kids and Up Bootery in Modesto 
for 11years. He was active in the Coast Guard from 1947 to 1951 and then served 
in the reserves until 1957. He was an honorary member of the Lodi High School 
49ers. He was active in the Muncy Parents Club and the Prescott Parents Club, 
and the Stanislaus County 4-H, a member of the American Heart Association and 
the Mended Hearts of Modesto. He enjoyed woodworking tand cooking.

    He is survived by his wife, Norma Goehring Leri of Modesto; children Pamela 
Leri of Manhattan, New York and Robert J. Leri of Pasadena, CA. Two brothers 
precede him in death.

   Memorial service will be Thursday July 8, at 4:00 p.m., at Salas Brothers 
Funeral Chapel, Modesto. Graveside services will be Friday, July 9, at 11:00 
a.m at Lodi Memorial Cemetery, Lodi.

   Remembraces may be sent to Community Hospice, 601 McHenry Ave.,  Modesto, 
95350, American Hearat Association, 1710 Gilbreath Road, Burlingame, CA. 94010, 
or the Arcadia Education Foundation, 234 Campus Drive, Arcadia, CA 91007.

   Salas Brothers Funeral Chapel, Modesto is in charge of the arrangements.
