J. James Sanguinetti 
Oct. 27, 1925 - Feb. 22, 2005



Mr. J. James Sanguinetti, 79, died after a brief illness on February 22, 2005 
in Stockton. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 53 years, Josie 
Sanguinetti, his dear parents, Elvira and George A. Sanguinetti, and siblings, 
J.G. "Bud" Sanguinetti and Genevieve Katz. He is survived by his loving 
children and their spouses, Jim G. Sanguinetti and wife Carol and Jill M. 
Sanguinetti, all of Stockton, George A. Sanguinetti and wife Susan of Fortuna, 
CA, and Richard C. Sanguinetti of Austin, TX. He is also survived by his 
cousins, Roy and Carlene Boatman of Napa, Jeanine Orsolini and his sister-in-
law, Dorothy Sanguinetti, both of Stockton. 
He was the adored grandfather of James E., Michael, Katherine, Alexandra, 
Charlie, and Robert Sanguinetti. Mr. Sanguinetti was awarded the Purple Heart 
for his service in the US Marine Corps during World War II. He was a member of 
the California State Bar and a Past Exalted Ruler of The Elks. 
A Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 26, 2005 at 
DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N. California Street. Visitation will be held 
Friday from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Chapel. Private committal.

California, 1928 St. Mary's Road, Moraga, California 94556.
