Drew Reed Rogers 
Jan. 28, 1921 - Feb. 21, 2005



Drew Reed Rogers, 84, passed away February 21, 2005. Born January 28, 1921 in 
Oklahoma. He was a resident of Stockton for 58 years. He was a residential 
painter for 36 years and was a member of the Painters Union. He served his 
country honorably in the US Army during WWII in the European theater. 
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Betty Rogers of Stockton. His son, Gene 
Medford (Rose) of Manteca; grandchildren, Angela Medford and Rose Guibor of 
Manteca, Kateriann Cintora of Las Vegas, Trina Wadkins of Bakersfield and 
Robert Barnhart of Stockton and 6 great-grandchildren. His brother Floyd Rogers 
of Illinois survives him; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He was 
preceded in death by siblings, Icy Blackburn, Ethel Sitten, Florence Oyler and 
Lloyd Rogers. 
Funeral services will be Friday, February 25, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. at DeYoung 
Memorial Chapel, 601 N. California Street, Stockton. Visitation will be held 
from 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 24, 2005 at the Mortuary. 
Memorial contributions may be made in Drew's name to the UC Davis Transplant 
Bank, 4635 2nd Ave., Sacramento, CA 95817.
