Clayton Lea Wright 
April 30, 1944 - February 15, 2005



Clayton Lea Wright, aged 60, passed away early Tuesday morning, February 15, 
2005 at the Hospice House in Stockton, CA. 
He was born on April 30, 1944 in Berkeley, CA but resided in San Joaquin County 
for over 30 years. Clayton possessed remarkable mechanical abilities and worked 
as the business manager for a truck trailer repair business until being 
diagnosed with a brain tumor in 1987. Despite his disabilities, he was a 
hospice volunteer and spent many years in the St. Joseph's Cancer Center 
inspiring other cancer survivors.
Clayton is survived by his wife Carol of Stockton, and his children Carisa, 
Chanda, and Corbin of Ventura, Stockton, and Sacramento. 
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, March 11, at the Italian 
Athletic Club at noon.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Hospice House, Hospice of San 
Joaquin.
