Pearl Katherine Yunker 
June 23, 1916 - February 21, 2005



Pearl Katherine Yunker, 88, passed away on February 21, 2005 in Smith River, 
CA. She was born on June 23, 1916 in Milwaukee, WI. She was a 30 year resident 
of Del Norte County. Prior to her retirement, she was a self employed real 
estate agent with her late husband Russell Yunker. She was a member of the Ship 
Ashore Friendship Club, AARP and a 50 year plus member of the Eastern Star. She 
was also a member of the Onrust Club, which is the Women's Auxiliary of the 
Stockton Yacht Club and Crescent City Runeberg Lodge #132.
Survived by sons, James Yunker and Thom Yunker; sister-in-law, Betty Bruhy; six 
grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren. 
Memorial services will be held at Wier's Mortuary Chapel on Saturday, February 
26th at 11:00 a.m. 
The family requests contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 1301 
Northcrest Drive, Crescent City, CA 95531. Arrangements are under the direction 
of Wier's Mortuary Chapel of Crescent City.
